These terms apply when you buy from sashabythesea.com.au. By placing an order you agree to them.

Handmade pieces

Every piece is made by hand, so shells, beads and crystals vary a little from the photos. That is part of the charm, not a fault.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before posting and you can cancel for a full refund.

Postage

Postage costs and delivery times are shown at checkout and on the shipping and returns page. Orders are usually posted within three business days.

Returns and refunds

Our returns policy is on the shipping and returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a piece is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
